If you have any issues due to manufacturing or installation, just send us pictures of your building and we will review for faults. After review, if our experts find that there is a problem covered by our workmanship or materials warranty, we will have your custom carport or metal building repaired or reinstalled at no cost to you. This includes the construction, anchors, welding, attachment, or any aspect of your custom metal building.TEN YEAR PANEL WARRANTY
We offer a 10-year panel warranty in the event of chipping or cracking. Please note, the warranty does not cover fading. Premium 40-year warranty panels are available. Speak with a building specialist for more information on premium color options and 26g paneling.
TWENTY YEAR RUST THROUGH WARRANTY
We are proud to provide a 20-year warranty against rust for the frame on both the 12-gauge or 14-gauge steel frame tubing. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION INCLUDED
Lead times are within 10 weeks or less. Lead times start when the site is ready and the permit is approved. Once pictures are submitted proving the site is ready and the permit has been approved, we will manufacture and schedule your building for installation. Larger commercial buildings may require a lift rental fee and/or a freight fee.

COST OF CONCRETE, PERMITS AND SITE SPECIFIC DRAWINGS NOT INCLUDED
All buildings are rated for 140mph winds, 35PSF and are seismic zone D certified. We provide a full set of stamped engineered drawings with every building.
Please note: Concrete is not included with the building price. However, we work with trusted local contractors and can help coordinate installation. Financing options are available for both the building and concrete work—making it easy to get your project done from the ground up.
