Screened ridge vent works to keep the building 15-degrees cooler. Also reducing moisture to prevent mold, mildew and rust. Studs are 16” on center and doubled up every 3rd stud. We double our top plates; and reinforce our doors and windows making our buildings the sturdiest available. We use notched, treated 4×6 floor runners plus treated 2×6 floor joists which makes our foundations stronger. We use hot-dipped, galvanized, ring shank nails which hold like screws and will not rust, coupled with Hurricane Screws, which dramatically bolster wind resistance and weight load capacity.
Delivery is included within 50 miles from our Moncks Corner lot.
Our delivery fleet operates with custom built tilt bed trailers and uses a portable hydraulic Mule to easily place the building in the most desired position with minimal damage to your lawn. To ensure this, the following must be in place:

4. How should I prepare my site for delivery?
For a 12x24 building, a level gravel pad (4"-6" of crushed stone) is the most highly recommended foundation. It provides excellent drainage and a stable base. Ensure there is a clear path for our delivery truck and "Mule" trailer that is at least 14' wide and has 14' of height clearance.
5. Can I paint the LP® SmartSide® siding a different color later?
While this cabin comes in a beautiful Creme and Wedge Wood finish, LP® SmartSide® is designed for excellent paint adhesion. If you ever decide to change your home's color scheme, the engineered wood siding can be easily repainted, and its specialized treatment ensures it remains resistant to fungal decay and termites.
