STANDARD FEATURES
Screened ridge vent work to keep the building 15-degrees cooler. Also reducing moisture to prevent mold, mildew and rust. Studs are 16” on center and doubled up every 3rd stud. We double our top plates; and reinforce our doors and windows making our buildings the sturdiest available. We use notched, treated 4×6 floor runners plus treated 2×6 floor joists which makes our foundations stronger. We use hot-dipped, galvanized, ring shank nails which hold like screws and will not rust, coupled with Hurricane Screws, which dramatically bolster wind resistance and weight load capacity.
Delivery and Tie Downs Included within 50 miles!
Our delivery fleet operates with custom built tilt bed trailers and uses a portable hydraulic Mule to easily place the building in the most desired position with minimal damage to your lawn. To ensure this, the following must be in place:
Ground conditions must be suitable to support the weight of the building and the moving and set-up equipment.
Clear access to desired location (no fences, trees, power lines, etc.)WARRANTIES
All shingle and metal roof products have a 25 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty. We have a Limited Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty on all flooring and wood products, and we offer a 5 year warranty on workmanship.
